WWE Fastlane 2017 Thoughts and Results

Holy crap….was this a regular Raw show without commercials and a special attraction or was this supposed to be a PPV hyping the “road to Wrestlemania?” This show, besides two matches and some of the action in the ring, was a disappointment and full of lazy, lazy booking/storytelling. WWE Fastlane 2017 Predictions

The final Pay Per View (can we even call them that now?) before Wrestlemania is going to set the stage for the next few weeks on Raw. With only one Wrestlemania match announced so far, this is going to be a busy time for WWE to get us all hyped and excited. While I’m not […]

WWE Royal Rumble 2017 Predictions

For the first time in three or more years, I’m hyped as hell for the Royal Rumble.  Why? Simply it’s because I have no idea who will win some of the matches on the card, including the Royal Rumble…and I love it!

WWE Roadblock 2016 Results and Thoughts

WWE’s (and Raw’s) last PPV of the year gave us a few surprises/good moments, but basically this was a forgettable show.

WWE Roadblock 2016 Predictions (Plus Raw and Smackdown Thoughts – Dec 12th & 13th, 2016)

There’s yet another PPV on Sunday and it’s the Raw brand’s last of the year. After the well-received (and one of my favourite PPVs of the year) TLC PPV, this one has a lot to live up to. Unfortunately, WWE will really have to pull some magic out of their hats here as, except for […]

WWE Raw and Smackdown Thoughts – November 21st & 22nd, 2016

Coming off the poorly booked Survivor Series (thank the heavens all that is over with), Raw and Smackdown were hitting the reset button to head into their next two PPVs to end the year. Let’s breakdown the interesting bits of the shows. Raw I suppose the big news on Raw was Goldberg announcing he was […]

WWE Survivor Series 2016 Results and Thoughts

Ok, I’ll admit that WWE surprised me a bit with this one. I thought Zayn, Kalisto, and Lesnar were locks to win – but that didn’t happen. There were some really good moments in each of the matches (courtesy of the performance of the wrestlers), but there were just things during this PPV that left […]

WWE Hell in a Cell 2016 Results and Thoughts

Three. Three f’n cage matches for last night’s Hell in a Cell PPV! How does one match top another? How can a match that’s supposed to be so brutal apply to three different feuds well? Did the participants use the cage to their advantage? Do I hate olive loaf!? Let’s find out!

WWE Hell in a Cell 2016 Predictions

I’m skipped my Raw and Smackdown Live thoughts this week as I knew I could tackle what was important with Raw in this column and Smackdown was the same program we’ve been watching for the last month and a half (except with James Ellsworth costing Ambrose a title shot and Orton supposedly joining the Wyatt […]

WWE Raw Thoughts: September 26, 2016

Let’s start off with the one positive for this week’s show: the show started off with a match that was about 25 minutes long. FANTASTIC! Roman Reigns gave Rusev his rematch after winning the US Championship (horribly) the night before at Clash of Champions.
