Harbinger American Pale Ale

The purpose of me having a beer section on this site is to showcase some of the beers that I’ve tried and enjoyed. I’m not going to be promoting mass market swill on here at all. I bought one of these beer last weekend and when I was searching through the LCBO, I had to grab it again because I really enjoyed the flavour.

Harbringer Ale from the Descendants Beer and Beverage Co. out of Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. There was no shitty aftertaste and it went down SMOOTH! I’m not one of those “foody” people that come up with crazy adjectives to describe tastes. I like what I like, and I like this. The graphics for the can made me think of a heavy metal cover from the 80s, so it was an instant grab.

Taken from their website, this is how the company describes this beer:

“Harbinger beer is an American Pale Ale with 5.5% alcohol by volume and 38 IBUs.  You can detect the subtle American Cascade finishing hops.  Harbinger’s bitterness is balanced with its malty sweetness. Many people report enjoying a citrus finish when they drink a Harbinger APA.”

Harbinger Ale gets the honour of being the first beer inducted into my blog of delicousness!   check them out at their website HERE and buy their beer!
